Rising Dream signs for a major label!
Dallas Records and Rising Dream signed an exclusive contract just before issuing their debut album "Failed Apocalypse", which will, under the auspices of Dallas Records, hit the market on July 1st, 2008. Dallas Records stands as the biggest major record label in the Croatia, Slovenia and the region. Already, in the very start, this album seems noteworthy for statistics and audiophiles, as it seems incredible that Rising Dream is the first rock group of urban character in the history of Zadar scene that has ever signed a label contract. Also, in accordance with the costs, production, multimedia and visual equipment, this album is the most expensive metal album ever recorded in Croatia, and Dallas Records will issue it as a CD with the addition of multimedia, a rich booklet, as well as the additional hard paper cover, which is unusual for any debut album.
Rising Dream built their career mainly on the foreign market, playing at huge open air festivals, together with the greatest performers in the genre. So, in the four-year-career-path they supported or played on the same stage with the metal giants such as HELLOWEEN, DEEP PURPLE, MOTORHEAD, URIAH HEEP, STRATOVARIUS, AMON AMARTH, CHILDREN OF BODOM, SEPULTURA, etc. Summer 2008 will brings them new festivals appearances and other concerts as part of their “Failed Tour 2008”, and central event will be the stadium spectacle, as Rising Dream will play as the special guest show with the minimum of 35 000 attendants at the IRON MAIDEN concert on Poljud Stadium, Split.
The new album can be pre-ordered at a special price at the official band web site www.rising-dream.net, and as of July 1st 2008, you’ll be able to find it in every Dallas Records, or similar CD store across the Croatia, Slovenia and the region. Album was recorded and produced by the most awarded Croatian producer – Denyken. Soon, we’ll issue more details about world wide CD sale via Dallas Records web shop starting this summer.

"Failed Apocalypse" artwork revealed!
Take a good look at this picture! Rising Dream presents the cover artwork of a brand new album „Failed Apocalypse“, out July 1st via Dallas Records. Conceptual message of the cover takes you into a story which you can browse through the lyrics of the title song. It is confirmed that, although this is a debut album for Rising Dream, Dallas Records forebodes the project worth investing in, so this issue will feature an outside cardboard sleeve, sixteen page booklet, multimedia with official videos, bio, wallpapers and other PC adds. Melissa Ferlaak has just finished her partaking in the song „Dreams Come True“, so the countdown begins as of today!

Rising Dream co-headlining metal stage at Urban Festival Osijek, 21.06.2008.
The numerous visitors of Croatia's most eastern (geography-wise) music festival will get the exclusive chance to see and hear Rising Dream nine days before the debut album 'Failed Apocalypse' is released. The band will co-headline the metal stage of the fifth UFO Festival alongside the legendary German band Disbelief and the Hungarian Sear Bliss, with support from demo-bands who were chosen in the festival's band competition.
It has been a great wish of ours to play in Slavonija and start the 'Failed 2008 Tour' right there. Since this is the band's first show after being the supporting band to Deep Purple in the end of 2007, you should expect an explosive show and the songs from the new album 'Failed Apocalypse' and the fans present at the UFO Festival will have the privilege to hear those songs performed for the first time ever. The first batch of our CDs will be finished around that time, so we'll try to get as much of them as possible into the hands of the fans from Slavonija. We expect a great fan support and have lots of accumulated energy, after 6 months in studio!

Heading toward the publishing of the Rising Dream debut album „Failed Apocalypse“, which will be available from July 1st, 2008. via Dallas Records, we opened the official Forum on our website. There, everyone will be able to discuss all band related subjects. Also, band and management members will communicate with fans only through the official Rising Dream forum.
Within the official RD forum we’ve also started with our Fan Club section, which will be, as of today, recruiting new members FOR FREE. Furthermore, the first Rising Dream FC member will receive a free copy of our brand new CD, and the first ten Rising Dream FC members will receive a special Rising Dream gift.
